Standard Residential Service Rates

Our community's residential water meters are read the end of each month.
Payments are due the 10th of the following month, late fees applied after a 5 day grace period.
Any balances forward will reflect on each bill you receive. Bills are due as received.

Our community's agricultural water meters are read the end of December and the end of June.
Pasture taps will be billed twice a year, or every six months, January and July.

Capital Improvement Fee
