Potential Spam Risk

It was brought to my attention by a few customers that a letter has been sent out on behalf of Water in regards to service lines. After seeing a copy of that letter, I can confirm that was NOT sent by Major County Rural Water District #1. Please do more research with me to make sure it is not a Spam Risk. I am putting out this announcement just to let everyone know that I will be doing my homework on it as well to make sure our customers are not scammed in any way, or if it is an honest letter.
I will also attach images of the letter for you to be better aware of what you may have seen or will see.
