Standard Residential Service Rates

Our community's residential water meters are read the end of each month.
Payments are due the 10th of the following month, late fees applied after a 5 day grace period.
Any balances forward will reflect on each bill you receive. Bills are due as received.
Standard Pasture Service Rates

Pasture taps will be billed twice a year, or every six months, January and June.
All bills will include base rate plus usage at the new rates.
Example: January bill will be $120 + $119.00 for using 23,000 gallons since June. Then, June bill will be $120 + $163.00 for using 31,000 gallons since January.
Any balances forward will reflect on each bill you receive. Bills are due as received.
