Spring is upon us, but unfortunately not enough spring showers to lift the water restriction rule placed on the system. Please continue to monitor your water supply, water between the hours of 4 and 7 am. Check all water hydrants and shut them off immediately after filling for your livestock. There are still fines in place by Major County Rural Water District #1 per our Board of Directors for any customers that do not respect the water rationing and restrictions until it is lifted.

1^st offense – Verbal Warning

2^nd offense - $500 fine

3^rd offense – disconnection of service/meter
